EPS has designated the following days for students to pick up supplies and other items from school: Monday, May 18th and Wednesday, May 20th. To make this process manageable for 760+ students, we have divided the alphabet into 4 sections. We request that families come to school to pick up items during these designated times:

 

Monday, May 18th
8:30 – 11:00 a.m. Students with last names beginning with A-D
​​1:00-3:30 p.m. Students with last names beginning with E-I

 

Wednesday, May 20th
​​8:30-11:00 a.m Students with last names beginning with J-P
​​1:00 – 3:30 p.m. Students with last names beginning with Q-Z

 

Families with multiple students and different last names, may choose one student’s time slot to collect all children’s supplies. If you cannot come during your family’s designated time, please call the office beginning Monday, May 4 between 9:00 and 3:00 (405) 340-2921.

Please follow the map below and enter through the western-most entrance. Then drive through the pick-up/drop off lane, around the north end of the building to the bus loop. This process will prevent cars from blocking traffic on Sorghum Mill Road.

🚨🚨PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR AND FOLLOW THE MAP 🚨🚨This is a drive-through only event. A staff member will approach your car and get the full names and grades of your children. As you continue to pull forward slowly and safely, the next staff member will collect any library books that need to be returned. Finally, a third staff member will hold your car in place as a runner brings student supplies to your car. If you ordered a musical recorder, spring pictures, a 5th grade program CD, or a yearbook, those will be included with your supplies (and any personal items). You will be asked to sign a receipt for your yearbook.

If you forgot to order a yearbook, we have ordered a few extra. Those will be available for sale on a first-come/first-served basis. Beginning Thursday, May 21st at 2:00 p.m. you may drive up to the front door, where we will be selling extra yearbooks from the front porch for $25. Please have exact cash or a check made payable to Heritage PTO. We will not have change.
